You Are Smarter Than You Think :)

I often think about everything so deeply which end up finding me solutions for various problems in my life, have you ever thought that your phone is smarter than you? and you are so much dependent on it, from doing simple calculations to storing a small piece of information. let's find what's wrong with most of the people?


"WE SET LIMITS ON WHAT WE CAN DO"

The human brain is drastically amazing that we actually don't know if there's any limit or not, so we used to set limits according to our convenience. This is where we start depending on technology and without knowing it becomes our habit, you are so smart but the thing is you are not exercising your cognitive abilities which in turn making your brain lazy and work improperly. Don't worry I will get you covered :-)


SLOW DOWN



We all want to perform every task as fast as we can, not because we're out of time but we are waiting to lay on the bed or basically dive into our COMFORT ZONE, what is wrong with this is we're continuously losing interest in literally every small task we do the thing is we are not actually present in the moment, we are thinking of anything else.

Slowing down a little bit will help you to be in the moment, to bring back your attention to the moment try breathing slowly through your diaphragm, try noticing any small detail around you like sound, any visual pattern, or other kinds of sensory stimulus now you have enough time to bring your attention back to the moment.


START STARING AT THE SKY



Start staring at the sky daily for 10 minutes, you can do this anytime it is more like therapy to cool down your brain and relax your eye muscles, cause when we stare at any electronic screen from very close this set our eyes to see nearby objects and strain our eye nerves so staring at the sky will help you regain your perfect vision plus reduces frequent headaches. It sounds weird but, trust me it works.


TRY NEW THINGS



Why;

1. We are too lazy.

2. We are afraid to do it.

3. We don't know the way

4. Our beliefs don't allow us.

This type of attitude will bound you with a limited amount of knowledge and experiences.



HEALTHY SLEEP CYCLE



Sleep plays a big role when it comes to your mental health if you sleep and wake at the same time every day then you will get proper sleep which improves your mental state and make you even more productive, poor sleep can mess with your memory, vision, hormones. These days more than 50% of people have disrupted sleep cycle because of increased interaction with electronic screens whether it is of a smartphone, pc, or any other device, these screens emit blue light which suppresses the body's melatonin production and disrupts sleep patterns, it is recommended to avoid checking your smartphone or other devices.



"Every person is different and equally able of doing anything which is possible, it's just we need to find the right direction."
