Do Not Worry, It's Killing You

The problem with most people is that they don't know, how bad anxiety is for them until they get depressed or get some sort of mental trauma.


The myth about worry is we believe that thinking about the problem will bring us the solutions but practically this will make the situation worse, it is quite difficult to manage worry but at the same time, it is not impossible too.


I will let you know here what are the core causes of anxiety and how you can manage your worry with ease:-0



Subconscious Fears



We all have our own subconscious fears that somehow makes us feel anxious and cause we are not consciously aware of these fears, we are unable to recognize them.  Subconscious fears are built on the basis of our past experiences, something bad which has haunted the mind and in turn conditioned it to behave abnormally whenever any relevant incident happens. At some point, we have a thought of losing something or feeling of losing this perfect moment, although everything is absolutely fine, in this situation the only way out is to escape but the irony is we can't escape from our thoughts, because ultimately it is all in our mind. Then what can we do to overpower our subconscious fears? We can start praising ourselves on every small achievement, this will boost self-confidence to face further challenges plus we should try to associate our every achievement with some strong feeling like by celebrating it, by creating a permanent list of winnings, make your achievements memorable because the human brain works on associations, it searches for associated feelings, memories and recalls only the strong one, make your achievements worth remembering. This will condition the brain to behave more positively and you can think clearly without having haunting thoughts which in reality do not exist. In other words, we have to re-condition our subconscious mind by taking conscious steps.

Future uncertainties



The thought of fear for an uncertain future is so natural, cause no one knows what will happen next moment but when it becomes the reason for worry, it makes us less productive and we start losing interest in the present moment.


Life is worth living with uncertainties cause if you already know what is going to happen next then the life will become boring and there is no joy in living pre-defined life, I mean to say that if you always think o having plans and making strategies are good and it is different from worry, planning in practical is preparation and strategies are the solutions.


Considering future uncertainties is crucial because it will let you work in present to make your future better but just thinking of future events and getting worried is really toxic, it will block your thought process, make you stuck in the moment of unease.

Be the source of your real happiness



Most of the people associate their happiness with any other person or thing and whenever something happens or some changes appear in the person/thing, which isn't adequate for them.  Then they do start feeling depressed, become anxious and emotional instability arises because the source of happiness is not in their control.


Colloquially speaking "we should not depend on any person/thing for your happiness" your contentment should be derived from your own actions, from your own accomplishments, do something good for yourself, have some goals in life, follow your dreams, you are not here in the world to please anyone and just know one thing not everyone deserves your time and energy. You'll always be worried if you waste your resources, invest your resources in some productive ways.
